The Boiler Co’s response to an emergency ( this was for an elderly family member who lives on her own, and at the time of Govt total lockdown) was superb. Steve Devoto’s communication and clear explanation of what needed to be done was first class. His quote arrived promptly, and he kept us up today with developments and all aspects of fitting and process, all done inside a week. Even though the Govt announced lockdown, Steve kept to his word and ensured an elderly and vulnerable person was helped at a time of crisis. No praise high enough.
