I appreciated the time spent beforehand in talking through the options and also the possible limitations given the configuration of gas piping in this Edwardian house. By the time we agreed on the equipment and the price (which was competitive) , I was sure that I was getting what I needed. I am delighted with the boiler’s efficiency. It is already making a great difference to the efficiency of the heating and hot water supply..
