The work was undertaken to a professional standard and in a friendly manner. Initially it was unknown what (if any) repairs were required to certify the central heating system as being in a safe working condition. However, once it was ascertained that repairs were required to the boiler I was kept fully informed of cost implications and timeframe to undertake the work.
