Steve came to help me at very short notice. My boiler had stopped working and I had no heat or hot water. He arrived within an hour, located the fault and proceeded to service my very old (usually) reliable boiler. It has worked without fault since. I am so grateful to him. He was polite, professional and paid attention to detail. He did not dismiss my boiler aged approx 30 years or press me to replace it. I will certainly be using him again.
